Refund & Returns Policy
We at Mandoline Slicer Pro™ are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
If you require a refund, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can while sending defective image). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we will be happy to assist you.
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a hassle-free shopping experience.
Returns Process: Customer needs to send us the email of the pictures of the damaged product at email@example.com. The pictures will be reviewed within 24 hours and if found to be a manufacturing defect, Return Authorization number will be issued to the customer after which you can return the products.
Returns Window: If you dislike or not satisfied with the product you have received you have a full 30 days to send it back for a refund.
Refund Method: Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. The refund shall be issued on your card from which order was paid for and is generally done within 7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. We highly recommend shipping your product(s) back via Fedex/UPS not USPS.
